This terms apply to the goods purchased from dia24.eu online store

Prices

1. Prices of the products sold in the online store are shown next to the products.
2. All prices shown include all taxes and are final before shipping charges.
3. A delivery fee will be added on the order form.

Placing order

1. To order the goods you must add them to shopping cart
2. To place and order, proceed with the checkout process and fill all required data fields.
3. To confrim your order proceed by selecting appropriate payment method and pay for your order.
4. Orders are confirmed after succesful payment

Shipping

1. We deliver only to countries listed below:
   • All EU countries that include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
   • Outside European Union: United Kingdom, Hong Kong.
2. Delivery fees
   1. European Union and UK:
      • Economy (7-14 days on average): 8€
      • Standard (6-12 days on average): 10€
      • Premium (5-8 days on average): 25€
      • DHL Express next business day: price varies between 50-150€, on special request only.
3. All orders being shipped with tracking number.
4. Delivery times:
   1. Economy: on average 7-14 days, can take 2 or more weeks to arrive. Tracking not guaranteed.
   2. Standard: on average 6-12 days, can take 2 or more weeks to arrive. Tracking included.
   3. Premium: 3 to 8 days (depends on destination). Tracking included. Delivered by courier to your door. In rare cases can take longer than a week.
   4. DHL Express: 1-2 days, only on special request. Tracking included. Shipped by air and delivered by courier to your door.

Order processing

1. All orders being processed and shipped within 3 working days:
   • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday and dispatched the same day or no later than Wednesday.
   • In non disclosed cases order processing may take up to 5 days.

Payment Options

1. By debit or credit card using Stripe, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
2. SEPA / European Bank transfer to our bank account using details provided in order confirmation

• • Bank transfer can take upto 2 working days to settle in our account, order will be confirmed after we receive your payment.
  • Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 3 working days from the date of the order.

Warranty conditions

1. We do not cover products in these categories under any warranty:
   1. Glucose sensors and their equipment.
   2. Insulin syringes, needles and other medical and sterile products.
   3. Food supplements and drinks.

Return conditions / Return of goods

• The right of return applies only to private purchasers, not to business customers.

Return without reason within 14 days

1. Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
2. Only products in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging can be returned.
3. Costs of return always paid by the customer
4. If the returned products have reached us unopened and in their original packaging, we will refund the buyer within 30 working days, with the shipping costs deducted from the amount refunded.

Return with a reason within 14 days

1. The reason could be:
   1. Non-conformity to what was ordered – wrong size, colour, quantity.
2. Return costs paid by the seller
3. If the buyer has opened a package of a product that he/she has not ordered, we will only refund the money for those packages that have not been opened and are in their original form.
4. If the returned products have reached us unopened and in their original packaging, we will refund the buyer within 30 working days.
