FreeStyle Libre 2 is an innovative system for continuous glucose monitoring. Simply hold your phone with the FreeStyle LibreLink app enabled close to the sensor on the back of your arm to measure your blood sugar in 1 second, painlessly, discreetly and without puncturing your fingertips.

The FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor automatically measures and records your blood sugar levels both day and night. To obtain a full daily glycemic profile, the sensor should be scanned at least once every 8 hours. On the chart, you’ll see how your blood sugar levels changed after each meal, insulin administration, infection or exercise.

The FreeStyle Libre 2 system has optional alarms. You will enable them in the FreeStyle LibreLink app settings and you will automatically receive a notification on your phone when your blood sugar level is too low or too high.
